Easier said than done for me, Denise! I was on the tube the other day watching a commuter write down her thoughts, make lists etc. It reminded me that I should always carry pen and paper with me, which I've stopped doing and end up on my phone trying to write the thought out (and then getting distracted by other things on my phone).
